An old love affair with the lake.
Lake Garda is one of my favourite places on earth. And my story with it began long before I started thinking about photographing weddings here.
In the early 2000s, I spent several years returning to Garda for windsurfing. I was completely in love with the sport, the lake and the life around it.
I would sleep in my car, wake up before sunrise and be on the water around six in the morning, catching the first wind at Malcesine or Prà. Later, I'd head north towards Torbole, waiting for the afternoon thermal wind.
Over time, I got to know the local surfers, made friends and became part of a community that made me feel like I belonged there.
On those rare days without wind, I'd go hiking or mountain biking, discovering the hills, trails and little roads surrounding the lake.
Those were simple, beautiful years. A board, a car, a few friends, the mountains and the water. I didn't need much else.
More than twenty years later, Lake Garda still has that same feeling for me.

There's something about being in the mountains that changes your perspective.
The Dolomites have a beauty that's difficult to describe until you've experienced it. Dramatic limestone peaks, quiet alpine lakes, winding mountain roads and trails that lead to extraordinary views.
I've always loved spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring and being somewhere away from the noise of everyday life.
Perhaps that's why the idea of an intimate wedding in the Dolomites feels so special to me.
You don't need a grand ceremony or a complicated schedule to create something meaningful.
It could be an early morning together in the mountains, exchanging vows with the peaks behind you, walking along a quiet trail, or simply spending the day exploring a place you both love.
I'll offer a little direction when it's needed, but I prefer to let things unfold naturally.
The mountains provide the setting. Your connection is what makes the photographs.
